I'm having trouble joining an Online Class

If you're having trouble joining a live online class, you can try these simple steps. 

Firstly, find either your booking confirmation (sent upon booking) or your reminder email (sent the morning of your class). Both emails include instructions on joining, and provide you with the link you need. 

If you can't find either of these emails, or the link in them is not working, you can:

• Open your Bookings page

• Find the class under "Upcoming Bookings" 

• Click "Join Class" on the booking to open the virtual classroom

• Click the "JOIN CLASS" button in the virtual classroom to open Zoom

[Please note: You will need to login or sign up (using the same email address you used to book) in order to access you booking via the Bookings page. You do not need to do this if you are joining direct from your emails.]

If the "JOIN CLASS" button is still greyed out at the start time of the class, or you are unable to click this button, please contact us and we will endeavour to help as soon as possible.
