Integrating your Obby timetable with your calendar

At the moment, we can only sync with Google Calendar. However we will be introducing iCal and others as we receive requests from our teachers.

What will show up on my Calendar?

When you sync your class for the first time it will sync all classes that you have in the future at that point in time.

All your upcoming, regular timetabled classes and courses will be synced to your calendar of choice. However, at the moment, we will not sync any of the following class types:

• Flexitime

• Private Events

What happens if I delete or change one of my timetabled classes on Obby?

When you delete, cancel or reschedule one of your timetabled classes the changes will be reflected in your calendar within a few hours.

What happens if I delete or change one of my timetabled classes on my calendar?

Our integration is one-way, meaning that changes made on your Obby timetable are reflected on your calendar however if you were to then delete or make changes to that event on your calendar this will NOT change on your Obby timetable.

How do I stop syncing my classes?

This can be easily done by updating the button above. N.B. Unsyncing your classes will not remove your historically added classes from your calendar, so if you unsync and then resync you may experience some events being duplicated in your calendar.
