So you have cancelled a class, what happens now?
When you cancel a class, the customers booked on will receive an email. Along with your personal note, explaining why you have had to cancel the class, all your other available dates for this class will show in this email. The customers will be able to select one of the other dates directly from this email, and this will automatically reschedule their booking onto that date. You will receive an email confirmation about this reschedule and the booking will appear in your dashboard.
If a customer chooses not to reschedule onto another date, they are eligible for a full refund. If a customer does request a refund, you will be notified by email.
