I'm changing my venue space

If you are moving to a new location, there are a few things to make sure you have changed in your dashboard to ensure customers get the correct information when booking.

Follow these steps to change your Company Address:

  1. From the Teacher Dashboard, click on 'Settings' then 'Business Settings' from the navigation bar on the left of the page.

  2. Scroll down to 'Company Address', then press 'Add new'.

  3. Fill in the form and press 'Add location'. Remember, this is your company address. It will not automatically update the location of any classes if they are held there.

  4. Make sure to press save at the bottom of the screen!#


Follow these steps to change the location of your classes:

  1.  Now, to change the address for your classes, select 'Timetable' from the navigation bar.

  2. For all dates which need to be updated to the new location, click on 'Filters', then filter by the classes that need to be changed.

  3. Select the classes using the tickbox on the left.

  4. Press 'Bulk Actions' then choose 'Update location for all sessions'. This will only update the sessions you have ticked.

  5. Select your new location from the dropdown menu and fill in the reason then press 'Save'.

 

Make sure that there is no reference to the old venue in your class descriptions or profile description. Also, check your pre-class notes don't have any "how to find us" notes or "parking" notes for the old location. Make sure you check this on all of your classes.

Finally let us know that you have changed venue by clicking on the below button.
