Where is my gift card?

Thanks for purchasing an Obby gift card, sorry to hear that you are still waiting to receive it!

For e-gift cards

If you have purchased an e-gift card this will have been sent to the email address you provided as the "Recipient's email address". If it is not in their inbox, please check the junk folders as it may have been marked as spam. 

If you still can not find the email then please get in touch by using the "Contact Us" button below, and make sure to include the following information:

• your name

• your email address

• the recipient's name

• the recipient's email address

For physical gift cards

Physical gift cards are posted 1st class via Royal Mail. If you ordered your gift card before 3pm then you should allow 2 days for the gift card to arrive. If you purchased your gift card after 3pm then please allow 3 days for your gift card to arrive. 

If after 3 days (excluding Sunday) your gift card has still not arrived please get in touch using the below button!

Christmas 

If you purchased a physical gift card before 3pm Friday 20th December then it will arrive before 25th December. We are unable to guarantee your gift card will arrive in time for Christmas if you ordered after this time.
