I have booked a class but not had a confirmation email, what do I do?

Thanks for booking and sorry you are yet to receive your confirmation email! 

If you have just booked a class on Obby but have not yet received a confirmation email, firstly please check in your junk folder in case your inbox has marked it as spam.

If the email isn't in your junk then please send us an email using the button below. Make sure you include:

• The name you booked with

• The email address you booked with

• The name of the class or the url link of the class

• The date and time of the class

The more information you can provide about your booking the faster we will be able to investigate and get your confirmation across to you.
