Why can't I get paid instantly?

We understand that getting paid is very important, but it's also important to make sure the customer is happy. 

After quality of classes, the #1 reason customers love using Obby is because of our quality guarantee and so it's important that we can look after them properly!

We pay you on 14 days after the class has taken place through our Stripe Connect System. You can read more about this, and the payment schedules by clicking here.

This is so that if we get complaints from the customers, we can return the money to them before we pay you for their ticket (otherwise things get complicated asking for refunds from you directly).
