A customer left me a bad review, what can I do about it?
You've got a bad review and you are pretty bummed out about it. There are several remedies for this situation in regards to the Obby Marketplace.
I feel my review was unjustified and I'd like to challenge it
Sometimes there can be two sides to every story and customers can leave unjust bad reviews. In this instance, we will do everything we can to sort the problem and will remove any reviews we feel as unjust. Send an email explaining the situation, detailing why you think the review was unjust to partners@obby.co.uk. We will dispute the matter ourselves, if necessary, getting in contact with the customers, and taking other reviews from that class into account. The decision will ultimately be ours, but we will take everyone's opinion into account.
I've made changes to my class since the bad review was left
If you have proof that you have made changes to a class in account of a bad review, we are happy to take the negative review down for you if we feel the changes remedy the initial reported problem. Send an email citing the review you want removed and with proof of the changes you've made to partners@obby.co.uk.
I want to raise my rating after a bad review
Bad reviews happen, but one way to remedy the problem is to get loads of good ones! Send your review link out to customers you've had that haven't booked with Obby. They get a £15 voucher from Obby for leaving a review, and you get to raise your rating higher. Find your review link here.
