What do I do if one of my classes is full?
If you get bookings from other places as well as Obby, you need to make sure to add those numbers to your Obby dashboard so you don't get overbooked. If you don't do this, customers will be able to book your class and you'll have to cancel on them.
First things first, you need to make sure you are on the correct page, follow these steps:
-
Make sure you are logged into your Obby dashboard, if you need a reminder of how to do this, just click here.
-
Then, go to your Timetable page by clicking here.
You will see a page filled with dates that people can book onto. Click on the date you want to mark full.
You can either mark a class as full or manually add external guests to your class.
To manually add in guests, simply click on the three dots menu in the top right, press 'Add a student' and add in their details such as name, email, mobile and then provide information about the amount paid, the number of guests they are bringing and the source of the booking. Then click Save.
To mark the class as full, simply click on the same three dots menu, select 'Update class availability', and toggle the class as full, then click Save. You can easily reopen it again, but doing the reverse.
If you want to instead delete a class that already has a booking, this counts as a cancellation and you can find out more about this process by clicking here.
