How do I cancel a class?

We know it is never nice to have to cancel a class, but understand that sometimes it is necessary.

If you want to cancel your class, you can follow the steps below:

1. Once in the dashboard, select 'Timetable' from the menu on the left.

2. Press the three dots on the session that you would like to cancel.

3. Select 'Cancel session' from the list.

You will then be presented with a pop up that asks you to confirm the cancellation.

If you need to get in touch with us about the cancellation then please email partners@obby.co.uk - but make sure to cancel the class on your dashboard first, so that all customers are notified - it's very important they are told as soon as possible.
