When do I get paid for my class?

Obby offers two different payment schedules, one for our marketplace users, and one for those of you using our widget. Both are powered by Stripe Connect.

Marketplace

If you have a marketplace only account, or are on a paid plan, but the source of the booking is Obby's marketplace, then you will be paid 14 days after the event has taken place.

Visit your payouts page 14 days after an event to see that your payout has been generated, which will give you a breakdown of your bookings for that event, our service fee, Stripe's payment processing fee, and any VAT payable.

Widget
If you're on a paid plan and use our widget, then widget bookings come 48 hours after every class.

Your payout will be generated 48 hours after a class has finished for any widget bookings, with a full breakdown of the payment processing fee, and any VAT.
