What happens when I get a booking?

Hopefully your bookings will come flying in straight away, and when they do it's always really exciting. 

When an Obby customer books one of your classes, you will receive an automated notification via email like this:

When you receive this, please click "Respond to this booking" to be directed to your dashboard, where you can either confirm or reject your booking.

When you click the button, you will be redirected to your dashboard where you will see something like this:

If you can confirm the booking, please click "Confirm".

However, if any of the details of the class are incorrect (i.e. start time, location, duration etc.) or you are unable top accept the booking please click "Reject" and provide the reason why the booking needs to be rejected.

IMPORTANT: You must try and reply to these emails immediately. We all know customers don't like being kept in the dark, so it is always much better to get the admin done quickly and efficiently so the customer has a great time and writes you an amazing review.
