Adding Notes to a Booking

Keep track of any additional information about a booking using the Notes feature.

This can help to remind you that it's a customer's birthday, they have an allergy or have requested a specific material for the class.

To add notes, you can either find the customer on their session in the Timetable, or search for them in Customers. Click the 3 dot menu and select "Notes".

This will open a pop-up text box which you can populate with unlimited characters.

Click save and keep track - once added, these notes are always accessible using the same buttons, and can be edited at any time.
