How to Remove a Guest from a Booking
If a customer gets in touch to say one or more of their group cannot attend, you need to be able to update your timetable and open availability for further bookings.
To do this, go to the date of the class on your Timetable, open the session page and click the 3 dot menu next to the booking and select "Remove Guest":
This will open a pop-up which asks you to select which guest you'd like to remove. Simply select and click Remove:
If you need to remove multiple guests, this must be done one at a time.
Please note, this does not refund the customer, only decreases the number of guests. Once a guest is removed, please email partners@obby.co.uk if you need to process a partial refund (this feature on the dashboard will be coming soon).
Once removed, the availability on your class will automatically update.
