Edit your Customer's details in the Dashboard
If a customer gets in touch to correct details submitted when booking, or change the name attached to a booking, you can edit this via the Customers page in your Dashboard.
Search for the customer name in Customers, or find their booking in the Timetable and open their customer page.
Press 'View' on them.
Click 'Edit buyer details' for the booking that needs changing:
This will open a pop-up:
Change what needs changing and click save. This will not send any emails to confirm changes - if you wish to do so, we recommend Resending the Booking Confirmation emails to the customer, which will include the updated details once saved. You can see how to resend auto-emails > Here.
